Retailers

Retailers are onboarded (and exited) by the MVD and as these actors are only registered to participate by the Vow community, this functionality is decentralised inherently since the retailers can choose to enter the ecosystem with any MVD, and they can change every time their contract is up. Any MVD ceasing to exist would not mean that the ecosystem would shut down.
