# Order Book The VOW vcurrency order books are opened and closed by the MVDs and as these actors are only registered to participate by the Vow community, this functionality is decentral inherently. MVDs are responsible here for properly reporting the amount of Vcurrency burnt in the network in order for the Order Book to properly calculate the new token issuance amounts.
